The British Council is developing an arts programme (music, visual arts and creative industries) across the east African region including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Rwanda. No-Nation was commissioned to produce a 35,000 word report on the East African Music industry with recommendations on the programme that could be adopted and developed.
